Power of the Pen is the brand of Mads Christensen (b. 1963). Since late 1980s Mads Christensen has built a position as an experienced and well connected European communications management expert, offering campaign management in a number of markets. He has been involved in international media and marketing since 1987; and in consultancy and business management since 1992. He is a Danish national, living and working in London. He speaks five European languages.
Mads is also facilitating cross-border market entry and business development for startup firms. Drawing on his considerable international expertise and network of contacts Mads is skilled at getting the ball rolling in new markets, and creating media and market contacts, not just on a country-by-country basis but even across continents and time zones, in a rolling campaign.
Mads holds a Bachelor-level degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Danish College of Journalism (1988) and a Bachelor-level degree in International Business Management from Copenhagen Business College (1996). His background also includes eight years in business publishing and experience from working as a Communications Director for a technology company.
